We accept payments on-line through PayPal™ for most product purchases on our website. At our studio you may also pay with cash, credit cards (Mastercard/Visa/Dinner Club) and by personal check.  Use our on-line shopping cart for the fastest and most convenient form of ordering and payment possible.  This is extra convenient for those who are out of town and cannot come to our studio for our personalized services.

Updating Your On-Line Shopping Cart

Many of our items offer on the web have one or more "options" which require your input.   When ordering, be sure to select all options that are needed to properly complete your order.  If you have questions, please contact us before completing your order.   We are not responsible for errors that occur because of incomplete or inaccurate selections on your order... if you do not contact us before completing your order.  If you are sure that you have properly completed your order, continue tothe e-cart checkout page.  You will be given an opportunity to review your order before rendering payment.

Return Policy

We strive to provide only high quality products that meet or exceed both your standards and ours. However, sometimes things happen that may result in your receiving a product that for some reason does not meet your requiremnts. If the defect is the result of our error or the error of any of our suppliers, we will be happy to correct the defect without charge (one time) within 30 days of purchase. If for some reason the product or service was delivered as ordered and you are still not satisfied, we will work with you to make it right. However, we cannot be held responsible for errors that were caused/made outside of our control.

Returns are accepted if returned complete and in the same condition as delivered to you for a period of 30 days. No partial returns are accepted. We request that our client carefully review any and all digital products carefully before accepting them. Once digital images leave the studio they are no longer returnable or refundable under any circumstances.
